ACE Movers: Week 2
The verified Tuesday board separates three true ranking moves from three important holds—and documents exactly what would change each call.

The Week 2 verdict
Monday night produced one clear role winner, one major injury demotion and one restrained receiver rise. It also produced three holds where the uncertainty changed confidence more than rank. That distinction matters: ACE Movers is not a list of box-score winners and losers.
The comparison edition is Monday’s 6:30 PM CT ROS board. Every call below uses the rest-of-season horizon beginning Week 3.
The six calls that define the board
TE21 → TE14 · up 7 · UP
Evidence: He ran 23 routes on 33 Rams pass plays, drew nine targets and expanded into early-down 11 personnel. The role—not the touchdown—creates the sustainable value.
Action: Add at 4–7% FAAB, with a 10% ceiling for a TE-needy roster.
Confidence: Moderate
What changes it: Route participation below 60% or target share below 15% after Puka Nacua returns.
QB14 → unranked · down · DOWN
Evidence: Thursday update: the Giants confirmed Dart will miss the rest of the 2026 regular season after the knee injury ended his Monday night.
Action: IR in redraft; hold in dynasty. Add Jameis Winston in Superflex/2QB; do not force the move in one-QB.
Confidence: High
What changes it: Only a postseason recovery affects 2026 redraft value; a changed Giants starter plan would affect Winston.
WR26 → WR25 · up 1 · UP
Evidence: Ten targets, eight catches, 195 yards and two touchdowns confirmed the lead role with Nacua inactive. The target and end-zone access matter more than the career game.
Action: Hold or buy when the market still prices him as a low-end WR3.
Confidence: High
What changes it: Nacua's return pushes Adams below an 18% target share or removes the end-zone priority.
WR1 → WR1 · hold · HOLD
Evidence: The Week 2 hip/groin absence is real, but there is not yet evidence of a multi-week limitation. The elite active-game projection remains intact.
Action: Hold. Do not sell at an injury discount.
Confidence: Moderate
What changes it: A Week 3 DNP sequence, reported multi-week timetable or snap restriction would move him out of the top tier.
WR23 → WR23 · hold · HOLD
Evidence: He returned after reducing a right-shoulder dislocation, preserving the immediate role. Dart's injury and the shoulder follow-up lower confidence without forcing a rank change yet.
Action: Hold; do not chase another Giants receiver.
Confidence: Moderate
What changes it: Structural damage, recurrence risk or multiple games with Winston materially reducing route efficiency.
RB24 → RB24 · hold · HOLD
Evidence: Skattebo played 34 of 58 snaps, handled 12 carries, ran 19 routes and took every third-quarter snap. The second-half control was encouraging; the four-back first half was not.
Action: Start as an RB2/Flex, but do not value him as a locked workhorse.
Confidence: Moderate
What changes it: Opening-drive majority usage raises him; another four-back rotation or loss of passing downs lowers him.

The board is authoritative
Ferguson is the waiver move, Winston now owns the confirmed regular-season starting path and the remaining injury holds require discipline rather than panic. The next triggers are Nabers’ shoulder follow-up and Nacua’s Week 3 participation.
