Sunday Final Call: Week 4 Lineup Decisions
London has locked. Remove the confirmed outs for games still ahead, protect questionable late players with legal alternatives and use official inactives for the final calls.

London: locked-game record
Jayden Daniels and Rachaad White are out for Washington. Sit both. The Commanders announced Marcus Mariota as starter before the game; he later exited with a right-knee injury and was ruled out. Athan Kaliakmanis replaced him. This is an in-game update, not a retroactive pregame projection. Austin Ekeler entered as a need-based pregame RB/FLEX check; his recent return did not establish carries, routes or goal-line work. That decision is now locked.
Indianapolis Keenan Allen was downgraded to out Saturday and is on the Colts official inactive list. Sit him. Josh Downs and the other active Colts had opportunity, but Allen's targets did not transfer to one receiver by title. Terry McLaurin is now confirmed inactive by the NFL official list, following the morning reports. He was a pregame Sit; the roster decision is now locked. Washington has no guaranteed one-for-one target replacement; McLaurin's absence does not establish a precise receiving share for another player.
Noon: confirmed sits, then Puka's workload
Official Jets and Buccaneers game-day lists confirm Breece Hall and Baker Mayfield out; Caleb Williams was ruled out on the Bears final report. Sit them. Braelon Allen is need-based Hall cover while Isaiah Davis may retain receiving work. NFL Network expects Tyson Bagent to start for Chicago, but the Bears official game-day list and starter were not independently verified at the 10:45 AM CT cutoff; Tampa Bay says Jalon Daniels starts and is an emergency Superflex/2QB option. Philadelphia's official game-day report lists DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert, Marquise Brown and tackle Lane Johnson inactive. Sit the unavailable fantasy players; no healthy teammate inherits every vacant target or an unsupported numerical line effect.
The Rams report Puka Nacua practiced fully Friday with no designation. ESPN reports the Rams have no preset snap cap in mind, although they will assess conditioning during the game; that newer report narrows, but does not erase, Saturday snap-management uncertainty. The Rams official game-day active list was not independently verified by the 10:45 AM CT cutoff. If officially active, lean Start against fringe alternatives. If unexpectedly inactive, sit and replace. Davante Adams remains a real Rams option without an invented target transfer.
Keep an actual late pivot
| Order | Player and team | Status and lock | Exact action | Next check |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Puka Nacua · Los Angeles Rams | No designation · noon CT | Lean Start if officially active. ESPN reports no planned preset snap cap, while in-game conditioning remains a variable. If unexpectedly out, Sit. | Rams inactives and pregame workload report |
| 2 | Mike Evans · San Francisco 49ers | Questionable · 3:25 PM CT | Hold a legal late WR/FLEX pivot. If none exists, take a credible healthy earlier option before its lock. Active alone does not establish full routes. | 49ers inactives near 1:55 PM CT |
| 3 | Ladd McConkey · Los Angeles Chargers | Questionable · 3:25 PM CT | Same roster protection: a healthy late alternative if available, otherwise an earlier start. If out, Sit; if active, check role limitations. | Chargers inactives near 1:55 PM CT |
| 4 | Jalen Coker · Carolina Panthers | Questionable · 7:20 PM CT | Hold only with a real Sunday-night WR/FLEX fallback. Without one, start a credible healthy player in an earlier game. | Panthers inactives near 5:50 PM CT |
Justin Jefferson is out for Minnesota's 3:05 PM CT game; sit him. Jordan Addison has an opening, not a guaranteed target allotment. In Seattle, Jadarian Price was placed on injured reserve Saturday and Zach Charbonnet cannot play from PUP until at least Week 5. Sit both. Seattle signed Velus Jones Jr. to its roster; George Holani and Emanuel Wilson remain options. All three are role checks rather than certified feature backs. Sunday afternoon inactives determine who is actually available.
What changes this board
Official noon-game inactives were checked from available club lists through 10:45 AM CT; Rams and Bears game-day lists still need confirmation. Afternoon and Sunday-night lists follow roughly 90 minutes before each kickoff. A status change, reported snap limit, quarterback change or material weather shift can change a specific action. Do not leave an earlier healthy starter on the bench while waiting for a late player without a legal pivot. Monday's Travis Etienne Jr. remains on injured reserve; sit and use eligible fantasy IR. Alvin Kamara is a need-based RB/FLEX check, not an assumed all-down successor.
The Sunday all-game venue and forecast refresh was checked between 10:30 and 10:36 AM CT; conditional roof and weather cases remain open. The Sunday NWS Philadelphia forecast has light showers possible through the Rams–Eagles game with modest easterly wind; that does not support a numerical passing downgrade. Houston-area thunderstorms are being monitored. Reliant Stadium roof status remains unverified; direct field exposure depends on the roof decision. Monitor official stadium and delay updates, including any lightning delay. No numerical weather or opportunity adjustment is asserted here. The Week 4 Wednesday certified board is historical; owner-submitted provisional CSV ranks are editorial inputs only, and neither is a verified Sunday model edition.
Your next move
Sit the confirmed outs for unlocked games and save a real late alternative for Evans, McConkey or Coker only when your roster has one. Keep the role questions conditional until the teams answer them.
